B2B Sales and Onboarding Specialist
Working Hours: 8 am-4 pm PST
Salary Range: $1000 - $1500 USD per month
Commission: Earn $300-$500 per month based on closing inbound deals

Key Responsibilities:
Support:
- Provide support to new and existing customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions to client issues
Onboarding:
- Assist clients with the manual onboarding process for our services
- Thoroughly understand and guide clients through each step of the onboarding procedure
- Provide post-onboarding support to ensure client satisfaction and successful adoption of our services
Sales:
- Qualify potential customers through detailed assessments
- Conduct comprehensive product demos for qualified leads
- Engage in follow-up activities with potential buyers (no cold calling required)
- Manage 5-10 follow-up calls weekly, focusing on inbound inquiries and leads
Requirements
- more than 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
- High proficiency in both written and verbal English
- Proper business English writing skills
- Demonstrates talent and proficiency in industry-specific terminology
- Experience in real estate is a plus
- Should have experience and be willing to make a long-term career with us
