As a B2B Outbound Agent for our UK Client, you will play a crucial role in prospecting and pre-qualifying potential leads through outbound calls. Your primary responsibilities will include making a high volume of outgoing calls, efficiently tracking contacts, and meeting daily targets for successful calls.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outgoing customer calls or cold calls to pre-qualify prospects.
- Efficiently track contacts provided by the company to ensure calls are made and results are recorded accurately.
- Enter details of successful calls promptly and accurately into Google Sheets or designated trackers.
- Meet daily targets for successful calls to maintain productivity and achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in handling B2B sales in a UK account/client.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
- Proficient in computer and data entry skills.
- High level of personal accountability and responsibility for meeting targets.
- Willingness to work afternoon shifts to align with UK business hours.
- Must be 100% onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
