The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
B2B Marketing Manager with
5+ years of experience in
B2B sales and
CRM management(HubSpot) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in nurturing leads through various points in the marketing and sales funnel with creative tactics, a mastery in HubSpot, a blend of inbound and outbound experience, and a strong problem-solving ability with a knack for GSD (Get Shit Done).
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build strong marketing programs.
SCHEDULE: Options: 9:00am - 6:00pm EST

Essential Functions
- Develop and execute performance-oriented inbound marketing strategies
- Lead and manage HubSpot to its fullest potential
- Coordinate with outsourced designers and writers to provide interesting and informative content campaigns
- Create value-driven email tactics with industry-leading personalization and hygiene
- Manage social media posts, messages and comments to increase engagement (LinkedIn, YouTube, and more)
- Coordinate all aspects of the virtual workshops
- Manage the podcast production and distribution
- Understand KPIs and define them specifically for social media
- Track the performance of all initiatives
- Track customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
- Create a blog and weekly newsletter
- Manage the referral and gifting program
- Oversee case study production
- Perform email marketing
- Manage website content
- Manage sponsorships, industry dinners, and marketing material coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales for a variety of U.S.-based industries
- Experience in using HubSpot is a must(10+ certifications a plus)
- Knowledgeable in content strategies and distribution a plus (podcast, blogs, newsletters, webinars and virtual workshops)
- Experience in a multi-client environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to function in an autonomous environmentindependent worker, self-directed
