Job Description

Native Teams is a leading global platform that specializes in providing streamlined work payments, employment, and tax management solutions for freelancers, remote workers, and their employers.

We are expanding our global team and we're looking for a B2B Customer Experience Manager to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with B2B clients and partners
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of customer contacts to ensure up-to-date records for all B2B interactions
  • Advise and educate B2B clients within procedural guidelines to provide complete solutions to their technical or service questions
  • Provide responsive and effective support to both internal and external B2B customers via phone, video call, email, and live chat
  • Manage and document interactions with B2B clients and partners using Hubspot as a CRM tool
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally one year where you have had the opportunity to engage with B2B customers
  • Have a spirit for learning
  • Adaptable: able to work independently and collaboratively within the team and across departments, communicating complex and technical information verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization and customers
  • Familiarity with workflow/ticketing software (Hubspot, Asana) is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail
  • Having a strong sense of professional pride
  • Team player
  • A thirst for knowledge and professional development
  • Bonus: Previous SaaS or Fintech experience
  • Thrive in working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
