BASIC JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for either a full-time or part-time B2B Content Marketing Specialist. As a dynamic Content Marketing Specialist at Ethos Support, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives that bring the Ethos Support story to life across various formats and mediums. Your role encompasses the full content lifecycle, from ideation and execution to distribution and performance measurement. By leveraging A/B testing and data-driven insights, you will continuously optimize our content strategy, doubling down on high-performing formats, mediums, and channels. Your work will be pivotal in showcasing our success through case studies, engaging audiences through webinars, workshops, and gated content, and empowering our sales and CX teams with enhanced materials. As the voice of Ethos Support on social media, you will drive brand awareness and thought leadership, initially focusing on LinkedIn but eventually expanding to other channels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Craft compelling narratives that bring the Ethos Support story to life across various content formats including blog posts, case studies, videos, infographics, and social media
  • Own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from ideation and research to creation, distribution, performance measurement, and optimization
  • Conduct A/B tests on content formats, distribution channels, and promotional tactics to identify top-performing content and double down on successful strategies
  • Develop engaging customer success stories and case studies that showcase Ethos Support's value proposition and positive client outcomes
  • Produce high-quality content assets such as webinars, whitepapers, eBooks, and other gated content to support demand and lead generation efforts
  • Collaborate with sales and customer experience teams to enhance enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, email templates, onboarding guides, and reporting dashboards
  • Manage the company's social media presence, initially focusing on organic LinkedIn content but eventually expanding to paid social campaigns and other relevant platforms like Twitter
  • Analyze content performance metrics and share actionable insights with key stakeholders to continuously refine the content strategy and improve results

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS and/or BPO industry
  • Proven track record of planning and executing content programs that drive measurable business results across the full funnel
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with a knack for translating complex concepts into compelling, audience-friendly narratives, with a portfolio to back it up
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, content distribution, web analytics, and marketing automation tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
  • Proficiency in content formats beyond the written word, such as video production, data visualization, interactive content, etc.
  • Ability to think both creatively and analytically, using data to inform content decisions while also bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Collaborative and results-oriented team player who can partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, sales, product, and customer success
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with ambitious goals and evolving priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus
