- Position: B2B Appointment Setter
Make outbound calls to businesses to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.- Engage in meaningful conversations with business decision-makers to identify their needs and align them with our solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly goals for scheduled appointments.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
$70 per appointment scheduled. $150 bonus for 10 appointments scheduled.
- $300 bonus for 20 appointments scheduled.
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to reach goals.- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
