To be successful in this role, you must have experience with Azure DevOps, good communications skills and a proven customer-first ethos.
Technical Support & Client Communication- Project implementation support as and when allocated by our Head of Services
- Escalation point for technical issues related to our clients web hosting infrastructure
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Overall maintenance and upkeep of core systems and infrastructure, specifically Azure web hosting environments
- Product champion for key vendors (subject to candidate skills)
Required SkillsTechnical Skills- Advanced technical knowledge of Azure web hosting resources (virtual machines, web applications, load balances, web application firewall, etc).
- Advanced powershell and / or python scripting capabilities.
- Troubleshooting development infrastructure issues in collaboration with the developers across Windows, IIS, Nginix, ColdFusion, PHP and Linux web environments.
- Provide Dev support with Mail Flow, Website Debugging and support (Like Chrome Tools), API creation and assistance and Azure App Registration.
- Pre-sales support for Azure and DevOps architecture, including design and deployment of CI / CD pipeline.
