Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues within multiple components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize system downtime.- Utilize AWS and associated tools like AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and AWS Administration to provide dynamic support to the business systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
Bachelor's in related field
- 3-5 years Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience
AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, AWS Administration
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within complex business systems.- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
