A Service Coordinator is often involved in Audio-Visual projects day-to-day services and maintenance operations. They organize and communicate details between team members, managers, suppliers, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
Creating JIRA tickets for service, maintenance and equipment concern- Coordinate services and maintenance activities, resources, equipment and information
Coordinate with Managers, Engineers, and clients to resolve AV service matters
- Involvement in service-related documentation, plans and reports.
Business Administration, IT or Engineering graduate
- Excellent Communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
