Performs Troubleshoot, PMS and Assemble of the heavy Equipment and available vehicle.- Diagnose all heavy equipment and vehicle problems and make recommendations for repair and/or parts replacement.
Perform routine maintenance services such as change oil, change filter, etc.
- Installing and testing products, equipment, and machinery and providing instructions to customers on the proper usage of their product.
Ensure to arrive on time or ahead of time at service workshop and be ready for work- Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, systems, and automotive vehicles
Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
- Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades.- Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
Monitor inventory of tools and parts when necessary.
- Offer consultation on maintenance and preventative procedures to machine and vehicle users.
Ensure 5S at all times- Uses compulsory protective equipment
Ensure the safety of the day-to-day operation.
- Accepts and performs such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.
Qualifications
- Must have a Driver's License (know how to drive 4 wheels automatic and manual transmission).
Must be an NCII Holder (Hydraulic)
- Experience in PMS, troubleshooting, and assembling is an advantage
Willing to be assigned outside CDO
