Qualifications:- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
At least 3 years experience in IS support and maintenance, System analysis, System developer or related fields.- Ability to analyze and synthesize situations

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Desirable/Preferable
Capacity of problem analysis and resolution- Capable to learn by himself/herself and self-motivated
Good interpersonal skills, intercultural, customer oriented and good teamwork
- Knowledge of Entreprise Scheduler such as Unicenter Autosys, Control-M
- Good knowledge programming language and modules management

Provide level 3 support for the new Job Flows and existing ones PRE-PRODUCTION SUPPORT Framework maintenance (analysis/development) Collect change requests sent by other support team and related to the core industrialization modules or job packages, confirm (or not) the need is core related, analyze, implement and test solution(s) before making them available for new deployments
