Are you an ace at Automated Marketing Journeys who feels comfortable in a world of SQL and HTML

As the Automations Manager, you'll lead the charge in crafting and executing strategies to captivate our audience. Armed with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other similar tools, you'll orchestrate seamless workflows, tailor communications, and craft targeted promotions to amplify our impact.
  • What You Will Do
Pioneer, execute, and refine automated marketing campaigns to accelerate player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Harness the power of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to construct and oversee customer journeys, SMS, Push & Email marketing initiatives, and lead nurturing campaigns.
Leverage SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for enhanced segmentation and targeting.
  • Utilise basic HTML coding skills to customise email and cloud page templates, enhancing visual appeal and user experience.
Collaborate closely with multifaceted teams to sculpt messaging and content strategies that hit the mark.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics for actionable insights to improve ROI.
Stay abreast of industry trends and pioneering practices in marketing automation and iGaming.
  • What You Need to Have
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
A strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and automations.
  • Top-notch analytical skills, enabling you to decode data and optimise campaign efficacy.
Meticulous attention to detail in a high compliance world.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming realm is a definite plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
