WebDriverIO with Appium Service, JavaScript, NodeJS, Git procedure, Android Studio, Xcode and CI/CD process with BrowserStack (or similar Cloud Automation Services) is required.

Experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, JMeter, Testim, Appium, TestComplete or other similar tool would be nice to have.
