AEVEN's Automation, AI & Tools area delivers a broad range of integrated technologies covering infrastructure Automation, RPA, Monitoring and Service Management. Through an extensive portfolio combining enterprise and in-house developed technologies, we support AEVEN's growth journey delivering both traditional on-prem infrastructure & application outsourcing as well as hybrid cloud services.

The position - ITSM Operations Specialist

Our Automation, AI & Tools area is looking for an ITSM Developer to join our Service Management Tools team. You will be part of an international team that delivers ITSM and CMDB technologies including complex integration solutions primarily currently based on the Dell Boomi platform.

Working in collaboration with our global integration teams, the primary role is taking responsibility for designing, development, configuration, testing, implementing and troubleshooting our AEVEN's ITSM solution Cherwell delivering new features and functionality to the solution in sprints. However, due to the broad scope of the area, there will also be opportunities to develop your skills on projects relating to configuration data, integrated automation platforms, and our AIOps and hybrid cloud deliveries.

Requirements:

Develop and support Cherwell workflows for AEVEN organization's on-premise ITSM system, with technical insight of building One steps, Automation processes, Expressions, Dashboards, Widgets, Specifics & mApps
Expertise on Cherwell's architecture & infrastructural components and/or any similar ITSM tool.
Ability to write optimized SQL queries, View forms/Joins & stored procedures.
Good knowledge of integrational capabilities of Cherwell, REST API's architecture/Swagger.
Familiarity to ITIL framework/ & preferred knowledge on various ITSM tools in market (BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, TopDesk etc.)
Knowledgeable on the following: .NET, PowerShell, Groovy scripts, XSLT, APIs, Postman
Perform & contribute to application releases, following the DevOps/Agile model such as sprint planning, stand-ups, & sprint reviews
Action ticket queues to meet SLA and response times, define root cause and problem areas and recommend to resolution.
Define, develop, implement and supporting pipelines from internal and external request using Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD).
Good documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
Bachelor and/or Masters degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or similar, supported by relevant experience.
You are curious by nature and have a high-quality mind-set, you can work by yourself and collaborate in teams.
You have good communication skills and are fluent in spoken and written English.
Team player
Have a troubleshooting mindset.
The ability to communicate clearly with relevant stakeholders.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills.

Schedule

Employees will be expected to adhere to a flexible hybrid work schedule, with a required presence in the office for 2 days per week, allowing for customization of work hours within a specified morning or mid-shift time frame.
