Responsibilities:
Develop and refine automation solutions using a combination of internal platforms which leverage technology similar to traditional RPA software providers, as well as develop directly in python
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML experts, to create robust, efficient automation solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
Design and build advanced automations and reusable components that serve as the backbone for our as-a-service offerings to clients.
Engage directly with clients, understanding their business processes, and tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
Continuously learn and apply new technologies, including the latest in AI / LLM / GPT technology
Mentor junior developers, fostering an environment of growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in automation solutions
Experience in RPA solution development, with a preference for professional certifications on RPA software packages.
Excellent communication skills with business stakeholders, including ability to translate business requirements into robust automation solutions.
Python development experience strongly preferred.
Past experience leveraging Cloud Frameworks, with a preference for Azure.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
Experience in a start-up environment is preferred.
Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale projects in an Agile or Scrum-based methodology, on time and within budget.
