The Automation COE Project Officer is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. They analyze business processes, identify areas for automation, and oversee the implementation of Automation COE projects. This role involves working closely with stakeholders from various business units to gather requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful project delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Process Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes to enhance and improve or develop complementary adjustments/solutions.
Automation Solution Design:
- Work with cross-functional teams to design automation solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
- Evaluate existing and emerging automation technologies to recommend the most suitable solutions for each project.
Project Management:
- Develop project plans, timelines and resource allocations for automation projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Define testing strategies and criteria for automation solutions.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Training and Change Management:
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate users on new automation tools and processes.
- Address user concerns and provide ongoing support to promote adoption of automation solutions.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, and automation implementation
- Proficiency in project management tools, business process modeling software, and automation technologies.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
