Automation Analyst | BGC

Must Have:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.

Must have minimum of 3 years solid experience as Automation Tester.(Non-negotiable)

• Must have

minimum of 3 years solid experience in testing Web and Mobile Applications. (Non-negotiable) Must have minimum of 3 years solid experience in using Selenium.(Non-negotiable)

• Experience in developing and executing test cases, analyzing test results, and reporting defects. (Non-negotiable)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. (Non-negotiable)

• Must be knowledgeable in

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) specifically Agile Methodology.(Non-negotiable) Must be knowledgeable in Defect Life Cycle. (Non-negotiable)

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.

A self-starter who takes initiative, can work with less supervision, embrace challenges, sets high standards, focuses on successful outcomes and promotes teamwork.

• A fast learner that can come up with several solutions to solve a problem and will analyze to quickly to determine the best course of action.

• Nice to Have:

Experience with Robot Framework, JMeter, Testim, Appium, TestComplete or other similar tool would be nice to have.

• Job Summary:

He/she handles test automation framework definition and development as well as complex automation development for complex automation requirements. These functions include:

• Test Automation Framework definition and development;

Test data strategy definition;

• Test automation approach definition ;

Test automation analyses and design;

• Test automation development and maintenance;

Automated test execution;

• Test incidents reporting and defect logging;

Documentation of test results and artifacts;
