Job Description:- Responsible in preparation of plans design & detailing of Site Development Plan (SDP).
Preparation of Engineering plans, Housing, Amenities and Special Land Development.- Assists on detailing & preparation of CAD Drawings.
Responsible in filing and safe-keeping of approved plans.
- Documentation and monitoring of engineering plans.
Propose new designs and materials for value engineering.- Propose new landscape designs in 2D and 3D visual for brochures and other Marketing advertisement material.
Perform other task to be assigned by the department head from time to time or needed warrants.
With at least three (3) years of experience in Construction or Real Estate and Land Development.
Willing to be assigned in Quezon Ave., Quezon City
With a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
Registered Architect is an advantage
