RESPONSIBILITIES- Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed designs and prototypes for packaging products.
Implement sustainable design principles and practices into packaging solutions.- Perform feasibility studies and analysis to assess the manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of designs.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and components for packaging production.
- Evaluate and refine designs based on feedback, testing results, and client requirements.
Document and maintain accurate records of design processes, iterations, and project timelines.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant design tools.- Extensive experience in packaging design within a research and development environment.
Strong knowledge of materials science, manufacturing processes, and sustainability principles.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions.
Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with interdisciplinary teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy in design work.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in industrial design, engineering, or related field.
