THE JOB:- Creates after sales brand awareness thru promotional campaigns resulting to increase of business profitability of parts and service sales.
Conducts study on the customer database of dealers and the automotive aftersales industry in the area to develop effective programs for Suzuki customers.- Collates and analyzes customers data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and enhance overall performance of after sales.
Develops and executes automobile parts and service marketing plans and programs, both short and long-term to ensure profit growth.
- Creates and distributes print advertisements and handles coordination for digital advertisements.
Conducts orientation for parts and service marketing programs to all dealership employees to ensure effective implementation.- Prepares monthly and annual parts and service marketing budget.
Graduate of Marketing, Business Management or any four-year related course- With at least 3 years work experience on related field
Knowledgeable in automobile service operations
- Valid driver's license holder
With excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in MS office applications
