Job Description:
- Administrative supervision over personnel.
Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.- Create marketing and financial plans.
Keep and maintain service and inventory records.
- Overseeing the service operations of a company to ensure quality customer support and after-sales services.
Deliver the right vehicle in perfect condition every time.
Qualifications:
- With Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or any related course;
With at least (3) years experience in automotive aftersales;
- Must have demonstrated skills in Auto Workshop/Service Center Management
Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office/Excel.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to Multi-task.
Pay attention to detail and non-verbal communication.
