THE JOB: - Responsible for homologation and certification projects for motorcycles and automobiles.
Coordinate with the homologation team at Suzuki Head Office in Japan and other Suzuki subsidiaries as required to support ongoing projects.- Verify technical and administrative documents related to the certification/homologation of vehicles.
In-charge of processing related certifications and import permits/clearance of parts for production and spare parts.
- Provide regular report to the top management, Suzuki Head office and other departments regarding homologation-related matters.
Represent the company on the technical working groups of different associations (DENR, MDPPA, LTO, BOC, BOI, PNS, etc.) in order to keep updated on technical regulatory changes.- Ensure compliance of Suzuki products with existing and upcoming vehicle and product regulations/standards
Licensed Mechanical Engineer with at at least 1 to 2 years experience in homologation is an advantage- Knowledgeable of the regulations applicable to 2 or 4 wheel vehicles
Has relevant experience in external affairs job with government offices (DENR, LTO, BOC, BOI, PNS, etc.)
- Computer literate and can interpret technical drawings
Has good oral and written communication skills- Result-driven with good project management and interpersonal
skills
- Holder of a valid driver's license
