About the job:

As a consultant for our product development team, you will play a crucial role in curating educational toys and products specifically designed for individuals with Autism. Your expertise will guide us in ensuring that our offerings are not only educational but also tailored to the diverse needs of children on the Autism spectrum. Additionally, we seek your input for process improvement and crafting compelling listing copy to effectively communicate the value of our products.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Collaborate with the brand owners to curate a range of educational toys and products suitable for children with Autism.
• Offer expert advice and recommendations on product features, designs, and functionalities to ensure they meet the specific needs of individuals on the Autism spectrum.
• Provide input on process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product development and marketing strategies.
• Assist in crafting listing copy that accurately represents the features and benefits of our products, while resonating with our target audience.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and developments in Autism education and therapy to inform product development decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with individuals on the Autism spectrum.
• Specialized background as a teacher, therapist, behavioral specialist, or wellness coach preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by individuals with Autism.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Full-time availability with flexibility to accommodate project demands.
• Long-term commitment to the mission and goals of AMZ-Expert.
• Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate will be determined based on experience.
