Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Australian Mortgage Broking as a Loan Processor or Credit Analyst is required.
Expertise in Australian Credit Services: In-depth understanding of credit reports, scoring models, and regulations specific to the Australian mortgage market.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with myCRM for managing client relationships and email correspondence.
Mortgage Application Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage application procedures and loan processing workflows.
Professionalism: High discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualification: Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Journey Management
Collaborate with the Director to workshop deals.
Check servicing with multiple lenders, understand lender policies, and negotiate rates, including Company/Trust lending, SMSF, Guarantor, Commercial & Residential.
Package deals and coordinate with loan processors.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, assessors, and BDMs, managing the client file from onboarding to post-settlement care.
2. Loan Processor Team Liaison
Work closely with the loan processor team to ensure smooth processing of mortgage applications.
Assist BDMs and clients, ensuring timely and accurate submission of documentation.
Monitor loan applications progress and provide updates.
3. Client Interaction and Communication
Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients, providing updates on mortgage applications.
Follow up on pending files with loan processors, lenders, and clients.
Coordinate with solicitors and agents, keeping all parties informed.
4. Email Management Using myCRM
Monitor and manage the Mortgage Broker's email inbox using myCRM.
Respond to inquiries, forward relevant messages, and flag urgent matters.
Organize emails for easy access to important information.
Manage the calendar and schedule using myCRM.
5. Credit Services Expertise
Utilize knowledge of credit services to assess opportunities for rate reviews.
Use myCRM to track daily files and keep the Mortgage Broker updated.
Understanding of AOL is required.
6. Administrative Support
Order and maintain settlement gifts.
Create daily client call tracker lists.
Send birthday wishes emails to all clients.
What We Offer:
Job Type: Full-time, permanent work-from-home position.
Salary: Php 60,000.00 Php 80,000.00 (Depending on experience and skill set).
