Auditor

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accurate financial reports with a focus on Japanese tax regulations
• Conduct review and checking of financial reports
• Communicates audit notes with client communicators and bookkeepers
• Conduct and attend regular meetings with senior management to share audit notes and findings
• Keep a check on processes and regulations, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Previous working experience in accounting or audit firms, or a related field involving the review of financial reports
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive mindset by taking initiative especially in meeting deadlines
• Willingness to learn the Japanese language
