Responsible for conducting audits to ensure that financial operations are accurate,compliant with regulations, and free of fraud or mismanagement.- Supervising the audit team, planning and executing audit engagements, and providing insights to improve organizational processes and controls.
Assist Finance Manager in developing audit plans, including defining audit scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Supervise and conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits.
Ensure audits are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with auditing standards.- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.
Prepare detailed audit reports, summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Work closely with other departments to understand business processes and controls.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address audit issues and recommendations.
Foster positive relationships with management.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices.- Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Occasional travel may be required for audits at different company locations.
