Assures the reliability and consistency by checking the processes of pawnshop operations, and recommends corrective and preventive actions;
Monitors existing systems, policies and controls, as well as, recommends quality assured policies and procedures;
Conducts at least twice a month visit for every branch under his/her responsibility;
Check governmental compliances (BSP, AMLA, BIR), and assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements;
Performs other related task that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Graduate of 4 year business preferably BS Accountancy, BS Management Accounting, BS Accounting Technology, BSAd Major in Accounting, Financial Management.

Proficient in MS Office applications(Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ability to listen effectively and communicate clearly, both oral and in written communications
Ability to handle work pressures, quick to respond to the new methods/procedures and flexible in adjusting to work load fluctuations
Requires ability to have a strong human relations orientation, works with tact and respect especially that it deals with supervisors, government offices, and financial institutions.
Demonstrates awareness to the overall relevance of the job to the business.
