Qualifications/Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate in BSC Major in Internal Auditing or in Accounting
Minimum zero (0) to one (1) year of working experience in the same field Analytical
Good Verbal and Written Communications Skills Computer Literate
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducts provincial and plant audit.
- Checks Fixed and Piece rate payroll including preparation of yearly 13th month pay and request. Detects discrepancies to payroll summary VS DTR (Timekeeping System)
- Checks weekly warehouse expenses completeness, validity and compliance with approved budget.
- Checks collection reports for GMA and Provincial areas, and Aging of Receivables.
- Checks, monitors and reconciles inventories of provincial branch VS HO record.
- Checks the completeness series of used booklets Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, Provisional Receipt, and Collection Receipt.
- Machine Shop Weekly Compliance- Rotation.
- Monitors records of all Newly Purchased and Fabricated Moulds.
- Other Duties: Savory cash flow, sales, expenses and FS
- Checking of Guyong and Sta. Clara gatepass.
- Performs other tasks assigned by the Audit Supervisor.
