Job Description

  • 1 Monitor Encoder to ensure accuracy in details such as price, discount, markdown, itemcode, color, size and seller code.

  • 2 Weekly audit of Sales Report per cut-off.

  • 3 Final Audit of Discount, SRP, Markdown, wrong price, itemcode, color, size and sellercode if correct.

  • 4 Manage and monitor task of Encoder.

  • 5 Responsible in Training New Encoders.

  • 6 Responsible in monitoring productivity of encoder.

  • 7 Submit Daily productivity Report to Immediate Head.

  • 8 Submission of the following reports:

  • 9 Monitor and Inform SOM, SAS, COOR, TL on the Stores not comply, error on DSR, MRRF, wrong price encounter.

  • 10 Prepare NTE for all store not comply on Submission on DSR.

  • 11 Prepare YTD Cost of Sales Report.

  • 12 Prepare YTD Attendance Summary of Stores

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php17,500.00 - Php18,500.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
* 13th month salary
