RESPONSIBILITIES:- Participate in training, coaching and other developmental opportunities within the assigned team members.
Proactively providing feedback to their direct team members and teams across the group, and contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with superiors and subordinate customers.- Take ownership of portfolio of engagements, assigning work to team members and reviewing their work prior to completion and delivery back to customers.
Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by leading the team effectively based on the set objective and performance output.
- Participate in a wide range of projects; consistently demonstrating creative thinking and individual initiative.
Bachelor's degree/ Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Should be comfortable working and communicating with team members at all levels including senior management;
Ability to coach subordinates in the development of their career and skills;- At least 7 years of relevant audit experience
At least 2 years people management experience
- External Audit experience
CPA certification is required
