Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, or any business-related courses.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience specializing in Audit preferably in Warehouse and or wholesale or retail.
With a minimum of 1-year related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong analytical, composition, and prioritizing skills
  • Detail-oriented and with good organization and coordination skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Good written and oral communication skill

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Performs operational audits on processes, & policies, control assessments as well as consultation services to ensure that organizations in compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Participates in planning, executing and presenting to management audit results and recommendations, including report writing and follow-through of open issues.
  • Makes or assists discussing findings, recommending corrective actions, and suggesting improvements in operations and reductions in cost.
Assists in the preparation of the annual audit plan.
  • Ensures that internal controls of the company are duly implemented assess if the same are still relevant, applicable, effective and efficient. This also supports the attainment of the company's objectives through conducting actual audit on all department, recommends value added improvements on policies, processes, and procedures; and benchmark good practices.
Identifies opportunities for improving business processes, based on audit outcomes, to minimize lost and cost.
  • Prepares reports and coordinates with concerned departments regarding audit findings
Conducts periodic inventory of accountabilities and properties based on schedule in coordination with the Administration and Accounting Department representatives
  • Performs other related functions as directed by superiors.
Willing to work in Novaliches Quezon City.
  • SCHEDULE: MONDAY - SATURDAY, 8AM 5PM

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php35,
  • 00 - Php40,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
  • CPA (Preferred)
