Job Summary
- Assists the Data and Innovation Head in implementing and maintaining technology-based audit
- techniques such as generalized audit software, test data generators, computerized audit
- programs, specialized audit tools, and computer-assisted audit techniques through the
- conduct of evaluation of possible tools and techniques.
How will you contribute
- Designs and implements updates of Computer-Aided Audit Tools, Robotic Process Automation, continuous audit for the Head Office Audits, IT Audits, and Branches/Business Centers Audits, based on requests submitted by the auditors
- Conducts a careful study of the relevant Audit Strategies, Audit Programs, and Working Papers of the
- engagement teams, and discussions with the Audit Teams
- Development and updating of automated procedures ensures that projects are delivered based on the agreed purpose and parameters, completed on the committed timeline and budgeted man-days, and are adequately documented.
- Conducts review of processes and procedures based on the strategies and audit program guide to strengthen risk-focused audit and support the automation program of the group.
- Assists in the identification and implementation of the planned projects which improves the
- efficiency and effectiveness of the internal audit activity as recommended by the Data and
- Innovation team and as approved
What will make you successful
- Graduate of a 4-year course preferably in Industrial Management, Accounting, or Economics
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Knowledge of risk-based audit, auditing standards, accounting standards, banking regulations, and bank operations and processes
- With two (2) years of industry experience in auditing
