_Qualifications:_
- BS degree in Accounting, Audit, and Finance
Knowledgeable in MS office especially in Excel and formulas
To ensure financial transparency, accountability, and integrity in operations and within the organization. To ensure timely reporting discrepancy in cash collections and the cashiering and warehouse operations comply with the company rules and regulations.
_Duties and Responsibilities:_- Responsible for Weekly Reviewing, monitoring and verifying cash collections variances based on validated cash count reading (VMS)
Responsible for Weekly reviewing, monitoring and verifying cash collections based on telemetry and cashless transactions
- Responsible for reconciling cash collections report prepared by cashier versus the cash counter reading report prepared by MIS.
Responsible for spot checking and audit of cashiering operations- Responsible for reviewing, monitoring and verifying inventory transfers transactions from SAP and counter check the warehouse and logistics documentations
Responsible for spot checking and audit of warehosue and logistics operations
