As an AU Loan Processor, you'll handle mortgage application processing, from analyzing credit reports to coordinating closing details. Your day will involve managing a robust pipeline, keeping a keen eye on rate lock expiration, meeting mortgage commitments, and ensuring compliance with disclosure standards. You'll be the key communicator with clients and internal teams, ensuring every loan is handled with precision from start to finish.

• Obtain and analyze data essential for mortgage processing, including credit reports, income, assets, title work, and appraisals.
  
• Manage the daily pipeline to meet critical dates for rate lock expiration, mortgage commitments, and department turnaround times.
  
• Communicate loan status to borrowers and sales personnel, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
  
• Uphold industry compliance standards and meet all disclosure requirements.
  
• Prepare accurate closing files, verifying critical details such as closing dates, first payment dates, and escrow setups.
  
• Collaborate with settlement agents and liaise with departments like underwriting, funding, and post-closing.
  

Requirements
