Position Title: Insurance Broker

Work Set-up: Work From Home

Salary: Php 60,000.00 Php 65,000.00

Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 3:00 PM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN INSURANCE BROKER

Responsibilities as an Insurance Broker:

Manage and maintain a portfolio of insurance clients, providing expert guidance on insurance policies and coverage options.

Advise clients on insurance policies, tailored cover options, and risk management solutions.

Utilize WinBEAT for processing, quoting, and managing insurance documentation accurately and efficiently.

Negotiate with insurers to secure favorable terms and pricing for clients.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Handle renewals, claims, endorsements, and other client-related inquiries promptly and professionally.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes within the Australian insurance market.

Qualifications as an Insurance Broker:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an insurance broking role within Australia.

Proficiency in WinBEAT and experience with broking systems. Familiarity with other relevant software and platforms is a plus.

In-depth knowledge of the Australian insurance market, industry regulations, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance terms to clients clearly.

Strong client management and customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing insurance documents and records.
