THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: 20% - Supervises and coordinates the implementation of projects and programs of the office
20% - Prepares legal studies on queries propounded by various offices
15% - Conducts investigations and evaluates administrative cases upon instruction from supervisor
10% - Attends hearings and recommends decisions on administrative cases
10% - Undertakes the interpretation of laws, orders, rules, and regulations, including legal documents
10% - Performs research work on various legislative bills and proposals that may affect TESDA's programs and projects
10% - Reviews contracts, legal forms, and other related documents and recommends their approval
5% - Performs other related functions.
