As an ATR Specialist you will ensure the delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting (AtR) services to the entities in scope in line with agreed Best Possible Process and the Epiroc Way.
Besides performing day to day activities, you will continuously look for improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working, while using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies.
The responsibilities of this position will be:
- Perform day to day activities with high functional focus and expertise
- Support the implementation of improvements to processes and tools in AtR
- Continuously look for improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working
- Contribute to an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the Region and relevant parts of the Global organization
Education & Experience Prerequisites
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is required, as well as proven extensive knowledge in IFRS
Solid accounting and finance experience, ideally within multinational companies
Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), and ERP systems like M3 or SAP is essential

Continuous improvement mindset and ability to take initiatives
Great organizational and time management skills to plan and prioritize own work efficiently and independently
