Ensures that all ATM transactions (online and physical) are smoothly flowing and maintained.
- They are also responsible for the production of ATM cards and for handling complaints received by the ATM Center.
The ATM Specialist are responsible for GL/SL account, customer account, and offsite ATMs reconciliation, and the user acceptance testing for all ATM transactions in different systems.
