Education/ExperienceAt least 3 years experience as Restaurant Manager, preferably in a casual restaurant setting, although QSR/Cafe is also accepted.
College Graduate in Food Service or Business Management or related course.

Actively leads and guides the Restaurant Management Team to achieve robust overall store performance. Guides and monitors the management team in the development and implementation of their specific operational plans and requirements.
- Inspire, leads and guides team to achieve the highest level of Food Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Condition and Food Safety and Sanitation.
Develops and implements planto build store sales, achieve sales targets and restaurant awareness in the community. Able to analyze and identify profit leaks in operation and leads the team in resolving concerns and improving operations
Leads and motivates the store team. Manages all people processes from staff hiring and selection, staff scheduling, performance management and appraisal, training and development, motivation and discipline.
- Trains, coaches and develops Managers to achieve high level of competence and prepare them for higher responsibilities.
Ensures that all administrative requirements of operations are correctly and accurately implemented by the team including all operational standards and procedures.- Ensures that all store safety and all security and cash control guidelines are implemented at all times.
