Documentation Management:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, contracts, change orders, and progress reports.Completion Management:
Oversee job progress comprehensively, including final punch lists, ensuring all tasks are completed to specifications before project closure.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Experience:
5 years of demonstrated experience in residential construction.Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
