Duties & Responsibilities- Design and develop new molds, molding processes, techniques, process
Improvements and cost reductions.- Develop and document manufacturing instructions and data sheets.
Troubleshoot and understand the root cause in order to make the necessary changes and adjustments to the injection molding machinery
- Oversee/supervise the end to end plastic injection process.
Monitor and control assigned process, ensuring that production activities are carried out in accordance with approved schedule- Ensures conformance to specification
- Specific Knowledge and Skills
- Graduate of Business Courses (BSBM /BSBA
Knowledgeable in the production of plastic injection parts- With knowledge in parameter and mould setting
With basic knowledge in machine mould maintenance
- Good communication skill both oral and writin
At least minimum of 3 years work experience preferably in a manufacturing set-up
