Assists the outlet manager in implementing outlet specific plans for sales and profit growth and achievement of quality standards and people targets in alignment with the business strategies through management of day-to-day operations
- Managing the overall service of the outlet thru management of customer experience
Sales building through the implementation of systemwide promotional activities as well as local store marketing activities and management of existing channels- Profit management through management of production and inventory control strategies and implementing cost management and efficiency programs
Quality management through managing product quality
College graduate of any service-oriented (Hospitality Management, HRIM, HRM) courses
At least 5 years of experience in the F&B Industry or equivalent, at least 1 year in a Supervisory role
