Job Description:

As an Associate Vendor Coordinator, you will be a cornerstone of our client's Vendor Operations Team. You'll develop expertise in obtaining vendor due diligence documentation, processing documents, and monitoring vendors to help clients achieve regulatory compliance seamlessly.

Your Daily Tasks

• Gain proficiency in Ncontracts Nvendor software and related tools for managing vendor due diligence services.
  
• Build knowledge in privacy and risk management regulations impacting financial institutions and compliance requirements.
  
• Process and handle documentation, ensuring accurate uploads into client platforms.
  
• Collaborate with client managers and risk analysts, understanding and supporting their roles for cohesive team success.
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• Excellent attention to detail, written, and oral communication skills.
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe, File Explorer, and Microsoft Teams.
  
• Ability to multi-task across systems, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines.
  
• Quick learner who incorporates feedback effectively.
  
• Proficiency with multiple screens and independent research skills.
  
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  
• Prior experience in administrative/customer service roles and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
