- Experience working as Technical Support representative to foreign clients is an advantage

- Understanding how web and mobile application works
- Basic knowledge in CSS and HTML
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service experience.
- Identify and resolve client's concerns through email and phone call.
- Manage projects from production until launch/go-live of the client's website.
- Providing quality assurance of the end-products before they get delivered to a customer and once integrated to clients website.
- Create ideas that will improve the overall aesthetics of the tools/services.
- Become updated on new company product updates and improvements.
Additional attributes required
- Good in verbal and written communications.
Preferred Education
- BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, any related course, or equivalent work experience
