The role: Associate Rewards Consultant
As an Associate Consultant, you will provide advice to a wide range of clients, helping them develop HR programs mostly on rewards strategy, performance management, competency development and occasionally on talent management, employee experience and organizational design that motivate and empower leaders and employees to deliver their best work.

We will count on you to:
- Oversee project workflows to ensure timely delivery of expected outcomes, based on analytical findings.
- Manage the integration and interpretation of data and other elements to evaluate and guide the direction of projects, discussing project flow and scope implications with Project Managers and Sponsors.
- Independently contribute and lead the creation of client presentations/reports and draft preliminary insights/recommendations, utilizing data analysis such as averages, trends, and models for review of senior consultant or project team . Where feasible and necessary, able to effectively present the same to the client.
- Oversee client data collection and guide junior consultants, including monitoring of received data and identifying outstanding items, spotting discrepancies, and directly addressing any issues with the client.
- Respond to various client inquiries about Mercer's products and services, project methodologies and status updates. Lead internal and external meetings, including agenda setting, note-taking, and action item implementation. Work autonomously with clients in scoping current and future requirements and draft the corresponding proposal, facilitate their responses to Mercer's data inquiries and act as the main point of contact for subsequent questions.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in HR and/or Consulting (related to Rewards, Performance Management and Competency Framework )
- Proven project management skills
- Advanced skills in Excel
