Job Description

Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Junior Recruitment Officer with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment to join our HR team. The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Proven track record in sourcing and attracting talent across various roles and levels.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge in working around applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions within the organization.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Facilitate the conduct of in-depth interviews and consolidate feedback from hiring managers.
  • Assist in the negotiation of employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Initiate the issuance of performance appraisal forms of probationary employees to respective superiors.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment efforts.
