Job Description: The Associate Psychometrician is responsible for ensuring the accurate assessment of psychological test data and providing detailed interpretation and psychological report. Aside from their major duties, Associate Psychometrician is also responsible for designing and developing an assessment. Duties and responsibilities: Interpretation of test results Proper handling of confidential and sensitive information Conduct descriptive and inferential data analysis Administer pilot-testing to ensure reliability and validity of the test Conduct proper test administration Defining and researching the construct that the test will assess Develop a relevant test item pool. Conduct a reliability and validity test for every assessment Collaborate in the test conceptualization Participate in the review and revision of the assessment Ensure that the assessment is biased-free, especially with regards to culture, race, gender, and state of living. Qualifications: Degree in Psychology or related field Must be a Registered Psychometrician Must have an experience in a testing environment and facilities Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics Knowledge of test scoring and interpretation
