Looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our team, which is disrupting the FinTech and
Regtech industries in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. As an Associate Project Manager, you will work with highly passionate, ambitious, and talented teams in the Philippines and Poland. You will be exposed to the latest trends and technologies used in banking
and finance, including micro-services, machine learning, AI, and cloud computing.
Key responsibilities:
Driving teams to get things done, organizing work, taking ownership of the team's
performance.
Preparing internal reports for the management
Working directly with customers, managing project scope, budget, and timeline.
Coordinating both implementation and maintenance of critical banking systems.
Supporting sales teams in acquiring new clients, providing them with technical knowledge,
project plans, and estimations.
Key expectations:
1+ year of experience in managing software development projects
Excellent communication skills, English proficiency, and strong teamwork abilities
Proactivity and ability to work independently without much supervision
Knowledge of Jira
Nice to have skills and competences:
Experience working as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst for a software development
team.
Experience in managing projects delivered by multiple teams
Knowledge of Confluence/Asana
