As an Associate Process Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our company's processes and operations. This is an ideal position for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoys problem-solving.- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct internal audits to evaluate and assess the effectiveness of our processes and controls
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements to optimize operational efficiency
Collaborate with different teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives- Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports on audit findings and recommendations
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of their processes and requirements
- Assist in the development and execution of training programs to promote awareness of best practices and compliance requirements
Support the development and maintenance of audit tools and templates
Graduate of any business related course or any related field- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing, process auditing or related field
Familiarity with ISO standard auditing procedures, regulations, and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills- Can work with minimal supervision
Understanding of risk management and control processes
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements
Basic understanding of business processes and operations- Willingness to travel as needed for audits
Possession of Valid Driver's License is an advantage
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
