Brief Job Description
The role of a Reliability Operations Associate Planner is to provide effective planning and readiness methods in order to execute reliability stress test in the lab. The Reliability Operations Planner are responsible for allocating resources, monitoring stress and ATE schedule based on criticalities and priorities. Provides necessary support to Reliability Engineer in the execution of qualification.
Qualifications/Skill Set
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Graduate or any similar Engineering courses
Knowledgeable of planning systems and tools. With good communication skills both written and verbal.
Monitor processes, collect, analyze and generated report data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
SAP and SQL knowledge is an advantage.
With working knowledge of Project management.
Detail oriented, highly analytical & organized.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment to quickly analyze situations and make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles And Responsibilities
Generate effective reliability daily Stress test priority loading plan.
Monitor Stress and ATE schedule based on priority and criticalities.
Tracking of Qual lots/samples from Assembly to Test and monitor site to site lot movement.
Review and follow-thru EBR/Module Assembly builds based on qual plan commit.
Provide look ahead and analyze Rel Lab capacity/resources to support incoming quals.
Provide on-site support on system transactions of quals owned Rel engineers from another site.
Monitor status of lots, fixtures, hardware with cross-site stress and ATE support.
Active participation and management of approved projects based on recommendation.
